Flexible Meeting & Event Spaces

Sedona Room

Our largest meeting space offers over 1,000 square feet of flexible event space with natural floor-to-ceiling windows that create a bright and welcoming environment. The room can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre-style and can be configured in classroom, boardroom, banquet, U-shape, or theatre layouts.

 

Yuma Room

Ideal for team meetings, planning sessions, or workshops, the Yuma Room accommodates up to 20 guests.

 

Mesa Room

A comfortable setting for small meetings, interviews, or breakout sessions, the Mesa Room accommodates up to 10 guests.

While the hotel does not provide event planning or coordination services, our team will set up the tables and seating according to the requested room layout prior to your event.

 

Event organizers are responsible for coordinating their own event details, including catering, decorations, and overall event management.
